We will do our best to address your complaint as quickly as possible. <\/p><p><strong>Step 3: Confirmation of receipt<\/strong><\/p><p>Once we have received your complaint, we will send you a confirmation via email that we are processing your complaint. We aim to respond to complaints submitted on weekdays within 24 hours. <\/p><p><strong>Step 4: Investigation and resolution<\/strong><\/p><p>Our customer service team will investigate your complaint and propose an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
