Authenticity The seller guarantees that the item is authentic and not a counterfeit or replica. Purse Curse reserves the right to cancel the sale if there are doubts about the authenticity. Condition of the item The seller confirms that the condition of the item has been accurately and fairly described, including any defects, damages, and signs of use. Inaccurate or incomplete descriptions may lead to reevaluation or cancellation of the sale. Offer The offer made by Purse Curse is valid for seven days. The seller has seven days from the day of the offer to accept it. After this period, the offer expires, and the item may be relisted for sale. Shipping to Purse Curse After accepting the offer, the seller has seven days to send the item to Purse Curse. Within this period, the seller must email the track-and-trace code to info@pursecurse.nl. If this is not done, the sale will automatically be canceled. Responsibility for non-authentic item If, upon inspection, the designer item is found to be non-authentic, the seller is responsible for the costs of the authentication procedure and the shipping costs for returning the item. These costs amount to €75 and €175 for Hermès items and must be fully paid before the item is returned. Responsibility for incorrect condition If, after inspection, it is found that the condition of the item has been incorrectly described, Purse Curse may make a new offer or return the item. In the case of sale cancellation, the seller is responsible for the costs of the authentication procedure and return shipping. The costs are €75 (or €175 for Hermès items). Payment of costs The €75 (or €175 for Hermès items) must be paid within 14 days after notification. The item will only be returned once this payment is received. If payment is not made, the item will not be returned until payment is received. Item inspection The seller gives Purse Curse permission to inspect the item. If the item is authentic and in the correct condition, the seller will receive confirmation and payment within 24 hours. Final sale Once the item has been shipped, the seller can no longer cancel the sale. The purchase becomes final upon approval by Purse Curse. Sale price and negotiation The seller acknowledges that Purse Curse has the right to negotiate the final sale price if the condition differs from what was described. The seller will be given the opportunity to accept a new offer or request the item to be returned. Return policy If the item does not match the description or if there are doubts about its authenticity, Purse Curse reserves the right to return the item. The seller is responsible for any incurred costs. Limitation of liability Purse Curse is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of the item during transport. The use of an insured shipping service is recommended. No obligation to purchase Purse Curse is not obligated to purchase the item and may cancel the purchase if there are doubts about authenticity or condition. Payment Payment will be made via bank transfer within 24 hours of confirmation of the sale. The seller is responsible for the accuracy of their bank details. Data processing The seller grants Purse Curse permission to process personal data in accordance with applicable privacy legislation, solely for purposes related to this sale.
