Gift card policy

Read our gift card policy here. We’ve outlined a few guidelines to make using your gift card as easy as possible.

1. Validity period

Our gift cards are valid for 2 years from the date of issuance. After this period, the balance on the gift card expires. Please ensure that the recipient uses the gift card within the validity period. The expiration date is clearly stated on the gift card.  

2. Not redeemable for cash

The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash. The amount on the gift card can only be used for purchasing products in the webshop.

3. Valid on the entire product range

The gift voucher can be redeemed on all products in the Purse Curse webshop.  

4. Loss or theft

Purse Curse is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to the gift voucher. Therefore, make sure you keep the gift voucher in a safe place and treat it like cash.

5. No residual value

You must use the entire amount of the gift voucher in the webshop at once. It is not possible to leave the remaining amount on the gift voucher.

6.  Refund

If a product is returned that was partly paid for with a gift voucher, you will receive your money back in exactly the same way as the payment method. You will partly receive a gift voucher again and the remaining money will be refunded in the same way you paid in the webshop.
