1. How can I be sure that your products are authentic?
We guarantee that all our products are authentic. We have developed a thorough authentication process. First, our own experts with many years of experience carefully assess each item for authenticity. In addition, we use a renowned external authentication company (Entrupy) for a second verification. Every designer bag comes with a certificate of authenticity. This way, you can be sure that our products are authentic.
2. Can I come and view an item in person in your showroom?
Yes, that is possible! By appointment, you are very welcome to visit our showroom located in Venlo (the Netherlands) to view our designer items in person and experience their quality and details for yourself.
We work by appointment only, and it is possible to view a maximum of three items per visit. We kindly ask you to let us know which items you would like to see when scheduling your appointment, so we can prepare them especially for you. For security reasons, no stock is kept in the showroom.
This way, we can offer you a relaxed atmosphere, personal attention and an exclusive experience.

3. Can I purchase an item directly during the showroom visit?
Yes, of course it is possible to take your dream designer item with you immediately after your showroom visit. Payment in the showroom can be made by card or in cash. We will ensure that your purchase is carefully and beautifully packaged.
4. What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
We ship free of charge within Europe via registered and fully insured delivery. Each product is dispatched within 24 hours. Packages are usually delivered the next business day between 09:00 and 18:00 after dispatch. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee this, as delivery depends on third-party carriers. Please keep a close eye on the track and trace code.
5. Does Purse Curse offer international shipping?
Yes, Purse Curse offers international shipping within Europe. At this time, we do not yet ship worldwide, but this will be available soon.

6. Is my order shipped insured?
We ship every designer item by registered and fully insured delivery. In addition, we carefully package each order with great attention to detail. This way, you can look forward to receiving your purchase with peace of mind.
7. Do I have to pay import fees or customs duties?
As a customer, you are responsible for any import fees, customs duties, or other charges imposed by your country. These fees depend on the customs laws of the destination country. We recommend checking the local customs website to get an idea of any potential costs before placing your order.

10. What should I do if I provided an incorrect shipping address?
Accidentally provided an incorrect shipping address? Please contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp (+31 6 2025 5508) or email (info@pursecurse.nl). We will do our best to update your order. However, you are responsible for providing the correct information, so please always double-check that all details are accurate. We are not responsible for errors in the order.
11. What condition are the pre-owned items in?
Our vintage and pre-owned items are unique and each one is in a different condition. We provide detailed product descriptions and clear photos to accurately reflect the condition of each item. In addition, we use different categories to describe the condition: like new, very good, good and fair.
12. What makes your products sustainable?
Our products have already lived a life with a previous owner and do not require new production. This not only saves a lot of new materials but also a significant amount of energy and water that would have been needed in the production process. Furthermore, at Purse Curse, we choose high-quality products with a timeless appeal. These items last for years and are not dependent on trends.
13. Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt. Please contact our customer service to submit a return request. The product can only be returned if the return label is still intact on the item. Please note that the return shipping costs are your responsibility and at your own risk. We kindly ask you to carefully consider your purchase before placing an order. Purse Curse is a small business, and returns cost us a significant amount of time and money.
14. What exactly does the return tag entail?
Each pre-owned item we sell at Purse Curse comes with a return label. You have 14 days from the receipt of the product to inspect or try it on. We only accept returns if the return label is still attached in its original condition and remains undamaged.
15. I would like to sell my designer item. Are you interested?
At Purse Curse, we are always looking for authentic designer bags and accessories for our collection. Fill in our selling form with details and photos of your item and receive an offer within 24 hours. This way, you know exactly what amount you will receive before sending the product to us. Once you accept our offer, you can ship the item to us. We will pay you immediately after we have inspected and authenticated the item. Selling to Purse Curse is fast, easy and secure.
16. Does Purse Curse offer gift cards?
Yes, absolutely! You can choose between a beautifully packaged physical gift card sent by post, or a digital gift card if you need a last-minute present. The gift cards are available in amounts ranging from €50 to €500.
17. What is the difference between vintage and pre-owned items?
Vintage items are at least 20 years old. Pre-owned items have had a previous owner but may come from a recent collection.
18. Are all items in the webshop available for immediate delivery?
All items in our webshop are available for immediate delivery and are shipped within 24 hours. No general stock is kept in our showroom. During your appointment only the pre-selected items will be prepared for you (maximum of three).
19. Can I receive additional photos or videos of an item?
Yes, we understand that you would like to assess an item as thoroughly as possible before making a purchase. Upon request, we can provide additional photos or a video, so you can get an even better impression of the item’s condition and details. 20. Will I receive exactly the item shown in the photos?
Yes, you will always receive exactly the item shown in the photos on our webshop. We take our own photos of each individual item to provide you with an honest and clear representation of its condition and details. In addition, every item comes with a detailed and carefully written product description. This way, you know exactly what to expect from your purchase.
