We guarantee that all our products are authentic. We have developed a thorough authentication process. First, our in-house experts, with years of experience, assess the authenticity of the items. Additionally, we work with a reputable third-party authentication company for a double check. Every designer bag comes with a certificate of authenticity. This ensures that our products are 100% authentic.
2. What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
Shipping costs and delivery times depend on your location and the chosen shipping method. We ship every product within 24 hours. If you order before 16:00, we will do our best to dispatch your order on the same day. Packages are usually delivered the next business day between 09:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time, as we depend on third-party carriers. Therefore, please keep an eye on the track-and-trace code.
3. Does Purse Curse offer international shipping?
Yes, Purse Curse offers international shipping within Europe. Currently, we do not yet ship worldwide, but this will be available soon. Sign up for our newsletter to stay updated.
4. Do I have to pay import fees or customs duties?
As a customer, you are responsible for any import fees, customs duties, or other charges imposed by your country. These fees depend on the customs laws of the destination country. We recommend checking the local customs website to get an idea of any potential costs before placing your order.

7. What should I do if I provided the wrong delivery address?
Accidentally provided the wrong delivery address? Then contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp (06-20 25 55 08) or email (info@pursecurse.nl). We will do our best to amend your order. However, you are responsible for providing the correct details, so please double-check that all information is accurate.
8. In what condition are the pre-owned items?
Our vintage and pre-owned items are unique and each is in a different condition.
We provide detailed product descriptions and clear photos to give you the best possible understanding of each item’s condition. In addition, we use various categories to describe the condition: like new, very good, good, fair, and poor.
9. What makes your products sustainable?
Our products have already lived a life with a previous owner and do not require new production. This not only saves a lot of new materials but also a significant amount of energy and water that would have been needed in the production process. Furthermore, at Purse Curse, we choose high-quality products with a timeless appeal. These items last for years and are not dependent on trends.
10. Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt. Please contact our customer service to submit a return request. The product can only be returned if the return label is still intact on the item. Please note that the return shipping costs are your responsibility and at your own risk. We kindly ask you to carefully consider your purchase before placing an order. Purse Curse is a small business, and returns cost us a significant amount of time and money.
11. What does the return label mean exactly?
Each pre-owned item we sell at Purse Curse comes with a return label. You have 14 days from the receipt of the product to inspect or try it on. We only accept returns if the return label is still attached in its original condition and remains undamaged.
12. I want to sell my designer item, are you interested?
We at Purse Curse are always on the lookout for authentic designer bags and accessories for our collection. Simply fill out our selling form with details and photos of your item, and receive an offer within 24 hours. This way, you’ll know exactly how much you’ll be paid before sending the product. Once you accept the offer, you can ship the item to us. We will pay you promptly after we’ve inspected and authenticated the item. Selling to Purse Curse is fast, easy, and secure.
13. Does Purse Curse sell gift cards?
Certainly! You can choose between a beautifully packaged physical gift card that will be mailed to you, or a digital gift card if you’re in need of a last-minute gift. The gift cards are available in amounts ranging from €20 to €500.
14. What is the difference between vintage and pre-owned items?
Vintage items are at least 20 years old. Pre-owned items have had a previous owner but may come from a recent collection.
