Inspection
Before we proceed with the purchase, our in-house experts conduct a thorough inspection, supported by advanced AI technology. We verify not only the authenticity of your item but also ensure that its condition matches the description and photos you’ve provided. This detailed inspection is carried out as quickly as possible to expedite the payment process.
If your item does not match the condition or photos you provided, we will make a revised offer or cancel the sale. If the sale is canceled or if you do not accept our new offer, you will be responsible for the authentication and return shipping costs. These fees are €75, or €150 for Hermès items.
Payout
Once the inspection is complete, we will immediately proceed with the purchase of your item. You will receive a confirmation of the purchase via email. The agreed amount will then be transferred to the bank account number you provided. Depending on your bank, the funds may appear in your account immediately or take a few days to process. Please double-check that the bank account number you provided is correct before shipping your item. Purse Curse is not responsible for errors if an incorrect account number is provided.
Please note: payment fees
Please note: if we determine that your item is not authentic or if its condition differs from what was described the costs of the authentication process will be charged to you. Of course you will receive your item back, but only after you have covered the authentication fees and the insured return shipping costs. The total authentication fee, including shipping, is €75, or €150 for Hermès items. You will have a payment term of 30 days. Purse Curse is dedicated to maintaining its reputation for authenticity and is resolutely opposed to any association with counterfeit products.
