Fast delivery

There’s nothing more frustrating than having to wait for your package. That’s why we strive to ship your product as quickly as possible and with the utmost care. Every product is shipped within 24 hours. If you order before 4:00 PM, we will do our best to ship your order the same day.

Delivery is handled via PostNL and/or DHL. Usually, you will receive your package the next business day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time, as we are also dependent on third parties.

To ensure that your product arrives safely, each designer item is shipped via registered mail and insured. You will receive the tracking number via email as soon as possible, so you can track your package and know exactly where it is.

Personal pickup

Would you prefer to pick up your designer item in person? You are most welcome at our office in Venlo. Pickup is available from Monday to Saturday between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM, by appointment only. Feel free to contact us to schedule a suitable time. We look forward to welcoming you.

On-time delivery and import fees

Purse Curse makes every effort to ship and deliver your order on time. However, we are not responsible for the delivery duration, as this largely depends on external carriers and local conditions.

Additionally, please note that Purse Curse is not responsible for delivery costs. Any import duties, taxes, or other fees associated with importing a package are your responsibility, not that of Purse Curse.
