Return
At Purse Curse, we do everything we can to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. If, however, you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may exercise your statutory right of withdrawal for purchases made through our webshop. You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. After notifying us of your withdrawal, you will have a further 14 days to return the product to us.
Purchases made in our showroom are not covered by the statutory right of withdrawal. During a showroom appointment, you have the opportunity to inspect and evaluate the item in person before completing your purchase. The sales agreement is therefore concluded on-site.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please complete the “Withdraw Purchase” form. Once your request has been received, we will send you a confirmation by email.
The product should be returned, as far as reasonably possible, in the same condition in which it was received. Any accessories, dust bags, certificates, complimentary gifts, and other items supplied with the purchase must also be returned. You may inspect and evaluate the product in the same way as you would in a physical store. If the product is damaged or shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to assess its nature, characteristics, and functionality, we may deduct an appropriate amount for any loss in value from your refund.
Return seal
Our pre-owned designer items are supplied with a return tag. We kindly ask that the return tag remains attached to the item until you have decided to keep the product.
The return tag consists of a card featuring our logo and the text: “No return if tag is removed.” The tag is attached to the item with a security seal. We kindly ask that the return tag remains fully intact and attached to the product until you have decided to keep the item. A missing or damaged return tag may be taken into account when assessing the condition of a returned item and any resulting loss in value.
Refund
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. After cancelling your order, you will have a further 14 days to return the product to us. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price, including the original shipping costs. Only the costs of returning the item to Purse Curse are at your own expense. For the exact shipping rates, please consult your chosen carrier.
We recommend returning your package by registered and insured mail and sending us the tracking number as soon as possible after shipment.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned together with all supplied accessories and in its original condition and packaging. If the product has been damaged, or if the packaging is more damaged than necessary to assess the product, we may charge you for any loss in value. We therefore ask that you handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please complete the “Withdraw Purchase” form. Once we have received your request, you will receive confirmation of your withdrawal. We will then refund the amount due within 14 days of receiving your returned item, provided that the product has been returned in good condition.
Exchange for another product
Each vintage and pre-owned item is unique and therefore cannot be exchanged for an identical product. However, if you are interested in another item available in our webshop, please feel free to contact us to enquire about the possibilities for an exchange.
In the event of an exchange, the value of the returned item will be offset against the price of the new item. We are pleased to assist you in finding a suitable alternative that matches your preferences.
The cost of returning the product is at your own expense.

Please note: returns are made at your own risk and expense. We recommend returning your item by registered and fully insured mail and providing us with the tracking number once the parcel has been dispatched.
Purse Curse is not responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged during transit. Please clearly state “Purse Curse” on the parcel, as we are located in a multi-tenant business building.
