Right of withdrawal
Return
At Purse Curse, we do everything we can to ensure that your purchase meets your expectations. However, if you’re not completely satisfied and would like to return a product, that is of course possible. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can contact us at info@pursecurse.nl. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason, as long as the return seal has not been broken. Once the seal is broken, your order becomes final and can no longer be returned. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.
When exercising your right of withdrawal, you must return the product along with all included accessories and in the original packaging. This also applies to any gifts received with your purchase. If we do not receive all items in good condition, we may not be able to process your return correctly. Please ensure the product is in its original, undamaged condition. If the product or packaging is damaged due to unnecessary use, we will charge you for the depreciation of the product. Therefore, handle the product with care and pack it properly when returning it.
Return seal
The return seal consists of a card with our logo and the text: ‘No return if tag is removed.’ This card is attached to the item with a seal. At Purse Curse, we only accept returns if the return seal is fully intact and undamaged. Returns with a damaged or missing return seal will be refused. Please ensure the return seal remains undamaged and pack the product carefully.
Refund
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of the day of receipt without providing a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then receive a full refund, including shipping costs. Only the return shipping costs from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. Please check the website of your carrier for the exact rates. We recommend sending the package back to us via registered and insured mail.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product, along with all supplied accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging, should be returned to Purse Curse. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to sell the product, we may charge you for the depreciation of the product. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure it is well packaged when returning it.
To exercise this right, you can contact us at info@pursecurse.nl. We will then refund the amount paid for your order within 14 days after receiving your return notification, provided the product has been returned in good condition.
Exchange for another product
Each vintage and pre-owned item is unique and therefore cannot be exchanged for the exact same product. However, if you see another item in our webshop that you are interested in, you can contact us at info@pursecurse.nl to inquire if an exchange is possible. In the case of an exchange, the price you paid for the returned item will be offset against the price of the new product. We will be happy to assist you in finding a suitable alternative that meets your preferences. Please note that the return shipping costs will be at your expense.

Please note: Returns are at your own risk and expense. We recommend sending your return via registered and insured mail, including a track-and-trace code. This way, you can track the package and ensure safe delivery. Purse Curse is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during transit.
