Withdraw Purchase

Would you like to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal? If so, please fill out the form below within 14 days of receiving your order. Once we receive your request, we will send you a confirmation via email.

Please note: You are responsible for returning your order and for the associated return shipping costs.
• You can send your return to: Purse Curse, Kazernestraat 10, 5928 NL Venlo.
• It is also possible to drop off your return in person at the showroom by appointment. This is often the safest option for valuable designer items.
• We recommend sending your return via certified mail and fully insured.
• After shipping, always send us the tracking code for your return shipment.
• Clearly mark “Purse Curse” on the package. We are located in a multi-tenant building, so packages without a company name will not be delivered correctly.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your request as soon as possible.
