Sales Policy Purse Curse

I hereby confirm that I agree to the following terms, conditions and statements regarding the sale of my designer item to Purse Curse:

1. Ownership
The seller confirms that he/she is the sole rightful owner of the offered designer item and that no third parties can claim ownership.

2. Authenticity
The seller guarantees that the item is authentic and is not a fake or copy. Purse Curse reserves the right to cancel the sale if there are doubts about authenticity.

3. Condition of Item
The seller confirms that the condition of the item has been fairly and accurately described, including defects, damages and signs of use. Inaccurate or incomplete descriptions may result in reassessment or cancellation of the sale.

4. Bid
The bid made by Purse Curse is valid for seven days. The seller has seven days from the day of the bid to accept it. After that, the bid will expire and the item can be offered for sale again.

5. Shipping to Purse Curse
After acceptance of the bid, the seller has seven days to ship the item to Purse Curse. Within this period, the seller must email the track-and-trace code to info@pursecurse.nl. Failure to do so will void the sale by operation of law. 6. Responsibility in case of inauthentic itemIf, after verification, it appears that the designer item is not authentic, the seller is responsible for the costs of the authentication procedure and the shipping costs for returning the item. These costs are €75 and €175 for Hermès items and must be paid in full before the item is returned.

7. Responsibility in case of different condition
If, after verification, it appears that the condition reported is not correct, Purse Curse may re-bid or return the item. If the sale is cancelled, the seller is responsible for the cost of the authentication procedure and return costs. The cost is €75 (or €175 for Hermès items).

8. Payment of fees
The fee of €75 (or €175 for Hermès items) must be paid within 14 days of notification. The item will not be returned until this payment has been received. If payment is not received, the item will not be returned until payment is received.

9. Checking the item
The seller authorizes Purse Curse to check the item. If the item is authentic and the condition is correct, the seller will receive confirmation and payment within 24 hours.

10. Final Sale
Once the item is sent, the seller cannot cancel the sale. The sale is final upon Purse Curse's approval.

11. Selling Price and Negotiation
The seller is aware that if the condition varies, Purse Curse has the right to negotiate the final selling price. The seller will have the option to accept a new offer or request the return of the item.

12. Return Policy
If the item does not match the description or if there are doubts about its authenticity, Purse Curse reserves the right to return the item. The seller is responsible for the costs incurred.

13. Limitation of Liability
Purse Curse is not liable for loss, damage or theft of the item in transit. The use of an insured shipping service is recommended.

14. No obligation to purchase
Purse Curse is under no obligation to purchase the item and may cancel the purchase if in doubt about authenticity or condition.

15. Payment
Payment shall be made by bank transfer within 24 hours of confirmation of the sale. The seller is responsible for the accuracy of the bank details.

16. Data Processing
The seller authorizes Purse Curse to process personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws solely for purposes related to this sale.

By agreeing, the seller confirms that all statements are true and that he/she accepts Purse Curse's terms and conditions.
