Binding agreement
A payment plan is a binding agreement. Once the agreement has been concluded and the first payment has been received, the designer bag will be exclusively reserved for you.
Cancellation
In case of cancellation or failure to comply with the payment arrangement, the right to delivery lapses. Payments already made will not be refunded. These serve as compensation for the reservation of the item and the loss of sales.
No returns
Designer items purchased through a payment plan cannot be returned. Therefore, please feel free to contact us in advance if you have any questions about the product or would like extra photos or videos. It is also possible to view the bag in our showroom beforehand.
