Web store software

Our web store is developed using Shopify software. Personal data that you make available to us for the purpose of our services will be shared with this party. Shopify has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support; they will never use your data for any other purpose. Shopify is obliged to take appropriate security measures based on the agreement we have concluded with them. Shopify uses cookies to collect technical information regarding your use of the software; no personal data is collected and/or stored.

Webhosting MijnDomein

We use web hosting and email services from MijnDomein. MijnDomein processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party may collect metadata about the use of the services. This is not personal data. MijnDomein has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. MijnDomein is bound by confidentiality due to the agreement.

Email and mailing lists Mailerlite

Our website uses Mailerlite, a third party that handles email traffic originating from our website and the sending of any newsletters. All confirmation emails you receive from our website and web forms are sent via Mailerlite's servers. Mailerlite will never use your name and email address for its own purposes. For processing (part of) the payments in our web store, we use the Payment Service Provider Pay.nl. If you place an order with us, it is our job to deliver your package to you. We use the services of PostNL and/or DHL for deliveries. For keeping our administration and accounting, we use the services of Snelstart. We share your name, address, and residence details, and details relating to your order. This data is used for administering sales invoices. Your personal data is securely transmitted and stored. Snelstart is bound by confidentiality and will treat your data confidentially. Snelstart does not use your personal data for purposes other than those described above.

External sales channels

We sell (a part of) our items via the platforms of Marktplaats.nl, 2dehands.be, Vestiaire Collective, Ebay, Joli Closet and Vinted. If you place an order via one of these platforms, this platform will share your order and personal data with us. We use this data to process your order. We treat your data confidentially and have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorized use.

Purpose of data processing

We use your data exclusively for our services. This means that the purpose of processing is always directly related to the assignment you provide. We do not use your data for (targeted) marketing. If you share data with us and we use this data to contact you later – other than at your request – we will explicitly ask for your permission for this. We retain your data for as long as you are our client. This means that we keep your client profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. Based on applicable administrative obligations, we must retain invoices with your (personal) data, so we will keep this data for the duration of the applicable period.
