Please note: the legal right of withdrawal only applies to purchases made online through the Purse Curse webshop. Purchases made by appointment in our showroom in Venlo are unfortunately excluded from the legal right of withdrawal, because you were able to view and assess the designer item during the appointment beforehand and the purchase agreement was concluded on site.
Return your pre-owned designer bag
Return tag
Our pre-owned designer items are provided with a return tag stating "No return if tag is removed".
Please keep this return tag fully intact on the pre-owned designer item until you are sure you want to keep the product. Returns without or with a damaged return tag unfortunately cannot be accepted.
Return costs
The costs for return are at your own expense and risk. We advise you to use an insured courier service and to send us the track-and-trace code as soon as possible.
Please note: clearly state the name Purse Curse on the package.
Please pack the product carefully to prevent damage during transport, including all accessories and any gifts received with the purchase.
When will you receive your refund?
Refund
Once we have received and checked your return in good order, we will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible using the same payment method used for the original order. This will be done no later than 14 days after we have received your cancellation.
